If I go away do I still need to pay for my cleaner?

We only expect our customers to pay for the services that they use. If you go away and do not want your home cleaned in your absence then there is no charge. We do require you to give 24 hours notice of any change to your regular cleaning schedule. We also ask that you provide us with the dates of your last clean and of the date you wish to resume our services.

Which areas do you cover?

We are able to cover all areas within the M25.

Do you hold any insurance?

All cleaners employed by the company are covered by our comprehensive public liability insurance.

How does your service work?

We aim to make our services as simple as possible to use. We have a clear pricing policy and you pay us for the services that you choose to use. We then have the responsibility to cover the cleaners’ fees for the work they have completed. This system means that you do not need to deal with the Inland Revenue in the case of any penalties or claims. We take on all responsibility for the cleaners tax and national insurance payments.

Do I get to meet my cleaner first?

We will arrange for the cleaner to come to your home at a time that is convenient to you. There first visit will be purely for you to get to know your cleaner and detail your specific requirements.

Am I required to be present on each occasion?

Once you have met your cleaner it is up to you. All the members of our staff are well-trained, experienced and reliable; you can choose to leave them a key so that you do not need to be present while they are cleaning.

What happens if my regular cleaner is unavailable?

In the event that one of our cleaners is unable to attend a booked cleaning session we will give you as much notice as possible and arrange temporary cover until they return.

Can I transfer my account when I move?

As long as you move within the M25 area we will happily continue to provide you with your usual cleaning services.

Can I place a hold on my account?

If you find yourself in a position where you do not need our services for more than a month we can place a freeze on your account. All you need to do is contact us when you are ready for us to return.

What services do you provide?

We provide high quality general cleaning for homes and commercial properties. This includes regular and one off cleaning, spring cleaning and after party cleaning. We also provide ironing, carpet cleaning, and an oven cleaning service.
